At Royal Dainties, each order is prepared and packaged with care. We want every customer to receive cookies that meet the quality and presentation standards of our brand.

Returns

Due to the perishable and food-based nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For health and food-safety reasons, cookies that have left our possession cannot be returned or resold.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or has a genuine quality issue, please contact Royal Dainties within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing the issue, Royal Dainties may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind & Taste Preferences

We cannot provide refunds or replacements because of personal taste preferences, change of mind, or failure to consume the cookies before the recommended freshness period.

Because our cookies are handcrafted, slight variations in shape, size, color, icing, and decoration are natural and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before preparation of the order has begun.

Once an order has entered preparation, been packaged, shipped, or made available for pickup, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the agreed pickup period. Royal Dainties is not responsible for deterioration in freshness or quality resulting from delayed pickup after the designated pickup time.

Allergy Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. Although certain Royal Dainties products may be made without particular allergens, products may be prepared in an environment where other allergens are present.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
