Welcome to Royal Dainties. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Royal Dainties’ website, ordering services, and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Royal Dainties, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Royal Dainties offers handcrafted baked goods and related products, including specialty cookies.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with Royal Dainties, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a purchase transaction or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian when required.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, billing information, shipping or delivery address, and any other information reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

3. Products

Royal Dainties makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent its products.

Because our cookies are handcrafted, individual products may naturally vary slightly in:

Shape and size
Color
Icing or topping placement
Gold decoration
Texture
Overall appearance

These natural variations are part of a handcrafted product and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products. The product you receive may not look exactly identical to a photograph.

4. Ingredients & Allergens

Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming Royal Dainties products.

Products marketed as vegan or gluten-free are made according to the ingredients and preparation practices used by Royal Dainties. Unless specifically represented otherwise, however, products may be prepared or handled in an environment where ingredients containing common allergens or gluten may also be present.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, or other dietary restrictions should contact Royal Dainties at royallydainty@gmail.com before ordering if they have questions regarding ingredients or preparation.

Royal Dainties cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed or communicated when your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, or other disclosed fees may be added to your order.

6. Payment

Payment is required according to the payment terms presented when your order is placed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Royal Dainties reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully processed or if we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

Royal Dainties reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Product unavailability
Ingredient shortages
Pricing or listing errors
Payment problems
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to fulfill the requested order
Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If Royal Dainties cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded as appropriate.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact royallydainty@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before preparation has begun.

Once preparation has begun, or an order has been packaged, shipped, delivered, or made available for pickup, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Requested changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges when applicable.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping, delivery, and pickup orders are subject to the Royal Dainties Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and shipping information.

Royal Dainties cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages and properly storing their cookies after delivery or pickup.

10. Returns & Refunds

Because Royal Dainties sells perishable food products, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept physical returns or exchanges of food products.

Incorrect, significantly damaged, or genuinely defective orders should be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with photographs and relevant order information.

Eligible concerns will be handled in accordance with the Royal Dainties Return & Refund Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, Royal Dainties may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

11. Freshness & Storage

Royal Dainties makes reasonable efforts to provide fresh, properly prepared products.

Customers are responsible for following any storage, handling, and consumption instructions provided with their order.

Royal Dainties is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup, including prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, or humidity.

12. Custom & Special Orders

Custom, personalized, bulk, catering, or special-event orders may be subject to additional terms, deposits, deadlines, minimum quantities, or cancellation requirements disclosed when the order is arranged.

Once work or preparation has begun on a customized order, amounts paid may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and as disclosed when the order is placed.

13. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be applied retroactively
Cannot be combined with other offers
May have expiration dates or product restrictions
May be modified or discontinued as permitted by law

14. Intellectual Property

The Royal Dainties name, logo, branding, product names, original photographs, graphics, website materials, marketing materials, written content, and other original brand assets are owned by or licensed to Royal Dainties, as applicable.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants customers ownership of Royal Dainties intellectual property.

15. Customer Conduct

Customers may not use Royal Dainties' website, ordering systems, or services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

You may not intentionally interfere with our website or ordering systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information, or use our services in violation of applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

Royal Dainties may use third-party services to provide payment processing, website hosting, shipping, delivery, or other business functions.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Royal Dainties is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms, together with applicable Royal Dainties policies—including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy—constitute the terms governing purchases from and use of Royal Dainties' services, except where separate written terms apply to a particular transaction.
